We offer refunds on full priced items purchased online within 5 days of receipt of goods.

Goods must be in original new and unused condition and include the original packaging/tags.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

We can either give you a full refund on the item(s), or exchange them for another style or size that you may prefer. (Please note the exchange is only possible if stock is available!)

Please allow 4 days to process the exchange once we receive the item back to Settlers. Rd. 
It is your responsibility to ensure the item arrives back to us so we would encourage organising the return through a traceable mailing method.
